Please read carefully the instructions before you proceed with the submission of your abstract (available at the bottom of this page).
1. General guidelines
All abstracts should be submitted electronically through the abstract submission system.
The deadline for the submission is June 20, 2022, 18:00 CET.
By submitting the abstract you agree and confirm that if the abstract is accepted, you will attend the Conference. To confirm your attendance, you have to register for the conference by July 15, 2022.
2 Types of presentation
You should indicate your first and second presentation preference during submission. The following possibilities are available:
Oral presentations: 10-minute per speaker including discussion.
Poster presentations: Posters will be displayed during the conference.
3. Guidelines for authors
All abstracts must be presented in English.
All abstracts have a limit of 2,000 characters, including spaces but excluding title, keywords and authors’ information.
Presenter: the submitter is the default presenter.
4. Evaluation procedure
All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You will be notified of the acceptance of your abstract.
