Please read carefully the instructions before you proceed with the submission of your abstract (available at the bottom of this page).

1.       General guidelines

All abstracts should be submitted electronically through the abstract submission system.

The deadline for the submission has been extended to August 31, 2026, 18:00 CET.  

By submitting the abstract you agree and confirm that if the abstract is accepted, you will attend the Conference. To confirm your attendance, you have to register for the conference by October 15, 2026. ​​

2       Types of presentation

You should indicate your presentation preference during submission. The following possibilities are available: 

• Oral presentations 

• Poster presentations: Posters will be displayed during the conference.

3.       Guidelines for authors

All abstracts must be presented in English using the template provided. 

Presenter: the submitter is the default presenter.  

4.       Evaluation procedure

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. You will be notified of the acceptance of your abstract by September 20, 2026.
